We accept payment via paypal, & personal cheque.
Delivery information:
Due the handmade nature of our products delivery can take upto 14 working days to be despatched. You will receive notification via email once your order has been despatched & a signature will be needed on receipt as all products are sent first class recorded on all orders. Guest Books By Emlou cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail delivery times once the item has been posted.
Order processing:
All orders are processed in order they are received via our order system. If your order is to be paid by personal cheque then your order will not be processed until your cheque has been cleared. We can sometimes send an order for urgent delivery but please contact me via the contact page prior to making the order to see if delivery is possible. An additional postage payment may be required for this.
Returns & refunds:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase then please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your products so as we can rectify the problem. Due to the bespoke nature of most of our products we generally do not accept returns unless the product has been damaged via transit or there is a fault by Guest Books By Emlou. If this is the case then a full refund will be made. If its just a case that you are not happy with the product then a refund will be made minus the outward despatch costs. We do pride ourselves with great customer service so if there is a problem please contact us asap.
Security:
We never ask for or have access to your credit card details as this is done via the secure payment options. We are committed to protecting your privacy & only collect data about yourself in order to process your order. We do not give your details out to any third party. We will only require your name, address & telephone details.
Our products:
Please note that our products are NOT toys therefore are not suitable to be given to a child under the age of 3.

All keepsakes are the sizes stated. Colours may also vary slightly to that shown in the photos, so if you are requiring keepsakes for any one occasion then please order them together to ensure a match.All the keepsakes featured on this site are copyrighted to the designer, Sarah Pugh. the designs must not be reproduced or copied in any way , shape or form! If the design is copied in any way then Guest Books By Emlou will sue for infringement of copyright.
